We're ba-ack...
...from visiting Mom in Florida. I'll write more later, but I'll say now that it was nice seeing her. I still worry about her but she is adjusting about as well as can be expected to her physical challenges. K. LOVED meeting "Florida Grandma" and had a great time swimming in the heated pool at Mom's condo. A cold front came through Florida during our visit, but we had a great time anyway...and it was warmer there than it was here at home.
We returned home to find an envelope from our attorney--yes, K.'s adoption will be final on Valentine's Day!
There is much more to tell, but we are worn out from our trip.

I decided to try and catch up....this is Chauna with Covenant PLayers. My heart jumped with overwhelming joy about K's adoption being finalized on Valentine's Day...that is very awesome. Praise God for all his blessings that he gives us. Eric will also be happy to hear that, the next time I talk with him I will have to let him know. He left for Australia on January 12...that was hard, but I also know that he will be back in a year and a half and then we will be married and won't have to be apart like that again. YAY!
