Good weigh in; down another 2 lbs.
Of course tomorrow is Thanksgiving, but I'll be cooking healthy this year while eating (mostly) traditional fare. Plans are for a turkey, stuffing made with barley/bulgar (not bread), mashed potatoes, green beans and sweet potatoes. Dessert will be either Pumpkin Flan or Pumpkin Custard, depending on how ambitious I am feeling. I'll probably pick up some apple pie for Kyla as she is not a pumpkin fan. Nearly all of our dinner will be Core or very low points; most of the recipes came from the Weight Watchers site.
Lots of pre-work to do tonight: brining the turkey, making dessert, preparing the stuffing. I'm hoping to get a good jump on things today so that tomorrow is less hectic. We ordered a fresh turkey from a butcher shop; no need to thaw, plus much better taste!
